Privacy Policy
We run no servers that hold your data, ship no analytics or advertising software, and collect no personal information through our applications.
Last updated · 30 August 2026
1. Who we are
This policy applies to the mobile applications published by Andromeda Forge LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at contact@andromedaforge.com.
It covers our applications. It does not cover Apple, whose own privacy policy governs your relationship with the App Store. This website is addressed separately in section 7.
2. What we collect
Nothing. The applications we publish today do not ask you to create an account, do not ask for your name or email address, and do not transmit information about you to us or to anyone else.
Specifically, every application we currently publish contains:
- no analytics or telemetry software of any kind;
- no advertising software and no advertising identifiers;
- no third-party trackers, attribution or crash-reporting services;
- no user accounts, registration or login.
Because we collect nothing, there is no profile of you to sell, share or lose, and nothing for us to hand over if we were asked for it.
This describes the state of our software on the date at the top of this page, product by product, rather than a promise about every application we might ever publish. Section 9 sets out what happens if that ever changes.
3. What stays on your device
The information our applications create belongs to your device and never leaves it unless you deliberately move it. That includes your settings and preferences, your session history and results, and any accessory pairings you have configured.
This data is written to the private storage area of the application, which iOS isolates from other applications. Deleting the application deletes it. We hold no copy, which also means we cannot restore it for you. If it matters to you, keep an encrypted iOS device backup.
4. Network activity
The applications we publish today make no outbound network request in normal use. There is no background sync, no ping on launch and no telemetry.
Two categories of connection can exist, and you set up both of them yourself:
- Bluetooth accessories. If you pair a Bluetooth Low Energy accessory, the application talks to it directly over Bluetooth, on your device, using the published protocol of that accessory. Nothing about that exchange reaches us, or reaches the manufacturer through us.
- Optional third-party integrations. Some builds let you connect to a service you already use by entering its address or credentials yourself. If you configure one, the application contacts that service on your instruction, and the privacy policy of that service governs what it does with the request. If you configure none, no such connection is ever made.
5. Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, your billing address or your Apple Account. Apple reports aggregate, anonymised sales figures to us, which tell us how many units sold in a territory and nothing about who bought them.
6. Children
Our applications are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included. Since we collect no information at all, there is nothing we could hold about a child. Age restrictions for each application are declared on its App Store listing.
7. This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
If you email us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port the personal data a company holds about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We mention them because they are real rights, not because we are storing anything: we hold no personal data about users of our applications, so a request to access or delete it would return nothing.
For the data you generate inside an application, you already hold the only copy, and deleting the application deletes it. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to contact@andromedaforge.com and we will do it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Sections 2 to 4 describe what our software does at that date, not a permanent guarantee, and a future application may not work the same way as the ones we publish now.
What we do undertake is this: if an application ever started collecting data, we would say so plainly here and inside the application itself, before it did so, rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
